Technical documentation is a legal obligation - but it can be more than just a necessary evil. Good instructions not only protect against liability risks, but also help the operator to use the system safely and efficiently. It shortens familiarisation times, reduces operating errors and supports maintenance over the entire service life.
At GPI, we do not create documentation at the end of the project as an annoying appendix, but as an integral part of the system delivery. Our technical writers work closely with the design and assembly teams - they know the system they are describing and know what is important during operation.
